It displays an opaque ruby colour, intense and complex aroma, highlighting very ripe red fruit, notes of vanilla, balsamic aromas and spices. In the mouth it shows volume and an excellent structure, where acidity, tannins and wood quality are beautifully merged. Finish is very long, sweet and harmonious. It a good match for traditional Mediterranean food and spicy food.
