Intense violet red colour, almost purple. Herbaceous, natural tones of Eucalyptus that influence and interact with the vines for several dozen years. Ripe and pleasant aromas of fruits and berries with a long and persistent finish. Pairing: beef and pork dishes. Drink ideally between 12 to 14°C.
